For example, if your price includes airfare and the group departs from Fort Lauderdale where the roundtrip airfare is $200, then the total cost of the trip will be $909 per person.
Some groups choose to arrange ground transportation prior to leaving the US, while others catch a taxi from the airport to Nassau Yacht Haven. As you can see from the charter prices information, the price depends on the number of people you bring and if your group qualifies for the discount offered to education, youth, or church groups. Since this option includes all costs it is easy to calculate how much to charge each person. For example, for a youth charter for 12 people the total cost is $7,800 which you divide by 11 (if trip coordinator is free) for a per person cost of $709.

As the trip coordinator, you must decide what extras you are going to include. The package price for the boat does not include one meal ashore during the week. We can make arrangements for a Bahamian dinner for $25 per person plus gratuity or we can have pizza delivered to the boat or eat out in one of the many restaurants in Nassau or the few restaurants in the out islands. You decide if people pay for themselves or this meal is included in the price you charge people. Alcohol is another extra. While liquor is cheaper in the Bahamas than in the US, beer is $38 to $55 per case. There is a liquor store across the street from the marina. Other extras you may want to consider are group T-shirts, the crew tip, orientation and post-trip parties.
